• Populations, Statistics & Genome (PSGen)
. Population genetics : Genetics of chromosomal segments to model the bases of the selection response, analysis of linkage disequilibrium, identifying signatures of selection during the history of populations.
. Statistical genetics : Bayesian approach of the mixed model, analytical methods for transcriptomics and gene network data.
. Genetic resource engineering : Analyzis of polymorphism and genetic structure of populations in a wide variety of situations by combining genealogical and molecular information. Analysis of the impact of selection on the genetic variability of populations along with the efficacy of conservation measures, in situ or in cryobanks.
. Analysis of functional variation : Analyzing precisely genes with visible effects, such as coloration genes, exploring phenotypic variation, identifying causal mutations, concluding on the evolutionary history of species.
